Jas Wu is an Associate at Hauzen LLP (pending admission as a solicitor in Hong Kong).

Prior to joining Hauzen LLP, Jas completed her two-year training contract at a reputable international law firm. She has worked in Hong Kong, Shanghai, and London, handling international arbitration, civil litigation, and non-contentious commercial matters.

Jas has experience in major international arbitrations and complex cross-border litigation, including significant liquidation cases and transportation disputes. She has also been involved in FinTech and cryptocurrency-related arbitration and litigation across multiple jurisdictions.

Additionally, Jas has experience representing clients in corporate transactions and equity capital markets, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters such as advising on Hong Kong IPOs, regulatory compliance, and corporate restructurings.

Jas is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Education

  • Jas holds a Bachelor of International Studies from the University of Queensland, and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Melbourne University.
