Yolanda is a member of our Hong Kong disputes resolution team representing clients in complex commercial litigation and international arbitration.

Yolanda’s practice focuses on advising companies and their shareholders and directors on complex commercial disputes in the Asia Pacific region. She is well versed in legal issues and procedures concerning commercial contracts, fiduciary duties, trusts, injunctions and investigations by law enforcement authorities in Hong Kong.

She acts for a wide range of clients from high net-worth individuals to multinational corporations. Representative clients include a State-Owned Enterprise involved in a multi-jurisdictional dispute, one of the largest global telecommunications corporations based in Mainland China for an insurance claim, and a Korean investment fund injuncting, tracing and recovering its dissipated trust monies.

Yolanda also provides non-contentious legal advice to companies and individuals on commercial agreements and employment laws with a view to minimising potential disputes. She is attentive to clients’ needs and practical in terms of offering legal solutions.
