As Of Counsel at Hauzen LLP, Perline’s practice focuses on contentious financial regulatory matters, as well as non-contentious financial services regulatory advice.
Perline specialized in regulatory and financial services matters in the dispute resolution department of a Magic Circle law firm advising on a wide range of securities regulatory matters, acting for financial institutions and corporations. She was seconded to top-tier investment banks as regulatory compliance specialist. Thereafter, Perline joined a major U.S investment bank’s prime brokerage division focusing on hedge fund consulting.
Prior to joining Hauzen, Perline had in-depth working experience in the enforcement divisions of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong and the Mandatory Provident Funds Authority, conducting complex regulatory investigations and disciplinary proceedings.
Perline is admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong, and as a solicitor in England and Wales. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
