Sam\u5177\u6709\u7368\u4e00\u7121\u4e8c\u7684\u8cc7\u8cea\uff0c\u88ab Chambers and Partners\u7a31\u8b9a\u70ba\u201c\u5c31\u99ac\u7d39\u723e\u7fa4\u5cf6\u932f\u7d9c\u8907\u96dc\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u63d0\u4f9b\u8aee\u8a62\u7684\u7d55\u4f73\u8cc7\u6e90\u201d\u3002<\/h6>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u99ac\u7d39\u723e\u7fa4\u5cf6\u5171\u548c\u570b\u662f\u4e16\u754c\u4e0a\u6700\u5927\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u8239\u8236\u8a3b\u518a\u570b\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002 \u5728\u99ac\u7d39 \u723e\u7fa4\u5cf6\u8a3b\u518a\u6210\u7acb\u7684\u5927\u91cf\u5546\u696d\u5be6\u9ad4\u901a\u5e38\u88ab\u7528\u4f5c\u516c\u5171\u548c\u79c1\u4eba\u516c\u53f8\u5de5\u5177\uff0c \u5f9e\u4e8b\u5404\u7a2e\u5404\u6a23\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u6d3b\u52d5\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u99ac\u7d39\u723e\u7fa4\u5cf6\u7684\u5546\u696d\u5be6\u9ad4\u53d7\u5230\u5168\u7403\u6295\u8cc7\u9280\u884c\u548c\u8b49\u5238\u6a5f\u69cb\u7684\u9ad8\u5ea6\u91cd\u8996\u3002 \u99ac\u7d39\u723e\u7fa4\u5cf6\u5927\u7d04\u670937\u5bb6\u4f01\u696d\u5be6\u9ad4\u5728\u7d10\u7d04\u8b49\u5238\u4ea4\u6613\u6240\u548c\u7d0d\u65af\u9054\u514b\u4e0a\u5e02\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u99ac\u7d39\u723e\u7fa4\u5cf6\u975e\u5c45\u6c11\u4f01\u696d\u5be6\u9ad4\u4f9d\u6cd5\u514d\u9664\u4efb\u4f55\u516c\u53f8\u7a05\u3001\u6240\u5f97\u7a05\u3001\u516c\u53f8 \u5229\u5f97\u7a05\u3001\u9810\u6263\u7a05\u3001\u8cc7\u7522\u7a05\u3001\u5370\u82b1\u7a05\u6216\u5916\u532f\u7ba1\u5236\u3002 \u99ac\u7d39\u723e\u7fa4\u5cf6\u7684\u5546 \u696d\u5be6\u9ad4\u53d7\u300a\u5354\u6703\u6cd5\u300b\u7684\u7ba1\u8f44\uff0c\u8a72\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4ee5\u7f8e\u570b\u5fb7\u62c9\u74e6\u5dde\u7684\u516c\u53f8\u6cd5\u70ba \u7bc4\u672c\u3002 \u300a\u5354\u6703\u6cd5\u300b\u5177\u9ad4\u5305\u62ec\u5fb7\u62c9\u74e6\u5dde\u7684\u53f8\u6cd5\u5224\u4f8b\u6cd5\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u5dde\u7684\u57fa \u672c\u985e\u4f3c\u7684\u7acb\u6cd5\u898f\u5b9a\uff0c\u78ba\u4fdd\u99ac\u7d39\u723e\u7fa4\u5cf6\u6cd5\u9662\u7684\u6cd5\u5f8b\u6c7a\u5b9a\u5177\u6709\u5546\u696d\u5be6 \u7528\u6027\u3001\u4e00\u81f4\u6027\u548c\u6cd5\u5f8b\u4f9d\u64da\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u99ac\u7d39\u723e\u7fa4\u5cf6\u88ab\u7d93\u5408\u7d44\u7e54(OECD)\u6307\u5b9a\u70ba\u57fa\u672c\u5408\u898f\u7684\u570b\u5bb6\uff0c\u4e26\u7b26\u5408 FATF\u6253\u64ca\u6d17\u9322\u548c\u8cc7\u52a9\u6050\u6016\u4e3b\u7fa9\u7684\u570b\u969b\u6a19\u6e96\u3002 \u81ea2020\u5e742\u6708\u4ee5\u4f86\uff0c \u99ac\u7d39\u723e\u7fa4\u5cf6\u4ea6\u5df2\u88ab\u5217\u5165\u6b50\u76df\u7a05\u52d9\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u975e\u5408\u4f5c\u7ba1\u8f44\u5340\u540d\u55ae\uff0c\u9019\u53cd
