On 5 January 2023, the Law Society of Hong Kong (the “LawSoc”) published a circular (Circular 23-4 (COM)) noting that AnJie Law Firm (“AnJie”), a registered foreign firm, filed its Notice of Intention to Cease Practice on 9 January 2023. On 6 January 2023, the Consents Committee of the LawSoc duly noted and approved AnJie’s intention to establish a local practice in the name of AnJie Broad Law Firm LLP (“AnJie Broad”) from 9 January 2023 onwards.
Hauzen LLP will continue its practice under its current name, “Hauzen LLP”.
